摘要
目的:建立一种直接测定血红蛋白的新方法。方法:利用表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和Zn^2+对血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)的荧光强度有显著的增强作用,用荧光光谱法对人血清中的血红蛋白进行定量测定。结果:方法的线性范围为2×10^-8-6×10^-7mol/L,检出限为1.9×10^-9mol/L,加标回收率99.10%-99.61%。工作曲线的相关系数为0.9994。结论:该方法简单,快速灵敏,测试成本低,结果满意。
Aim : To establish a new molecular fluorescence spectroscopy for the determination of hemoglobin(Hb) directly. Methods:Because of the surfactant hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and zinc-ion had the strong enhancement on the fluorescence of Hb, the fluorescence intensity of Hb in human serum was measured using fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results: The linear range of Hb was 2×10^-8-6×10^-7mol/L, the detection limit was 1.9 × 10^-9 mol/L, and the recovery ratio was 99.10 % - 99.61%. The regression coefficient of the curve was 0. 999 4. Conclusion : The method is simple, accurate and quick with low price.
