摘要 目的:建立盐酸倍他洛尔片剂含量的紫外分光光度测定法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以水为空白对照,273nm为测定波长,测定盐酸倍他洛尔的含量。结果:盐酸倍他洛尔质量浓度在50.02-300.04mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),平均加样回收率为99.36%。结论:该法操作简便、精密度好、结果可靠,适用于盐酸倍他洛尔片含量的快速测定。 Aim: To establish ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of Bctaxolol hydroehloride. Methods:The contents of Betaxolol hydrochloride were determined at 273 nm with water as the blank control by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: The calibration curve of Betaxolol hydrochloride was linear when its concentration range was from 50.02 to 300.04 mg/L(r = 0. 999 9, n = 5), and the average recovery was 99.36%. Conclusion: The method is convenient in operation, precise, reliable in results, and can be used as rapid determination for Betaxolol hydrochloride in tablets.
