摘要
采用CAE软件对转子式机油泵内流场进行了几何建模.对模型应用非结构化网格生成技术划分网格并进行了有限元前处理.在采用k-ω湍流模型的基础上,考虑了卸荷槽的影响,应用计算流体力学软件模拟稳定工况下机油泵出口部分的三维湍流流动.得到了详尽的分析结果,包括压力等高线云图、速度矢量等高线云图等.分析并证明了卸荷槽具有缓解压力负荷的作用.完成了对机油泵的台架实验,将数值模拟得到的机油泵性能特性曲线与实验特性曲线进行比较,发现仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合.证明仿真模拟结果能够反映机油泵的流动性能和特殊流动现象;利用数值仿真可以得到具有参考意义的机油泵流量特性曲线,为机油泵开发提供了新的研究方法和技术支持.
A geometry modeling of the internal flow field in rotor oil pump was made. By using the generation of unstructured grid technique, meshes and finite element pre-processing of the model were done. By using an available Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) code, considering the effect of the escape passage and using k- ω turbulent fluid model, numerical simulation analysis of three-dimensional turbulent flow in rotor oil pump under steady working condition was done. As a result, many detailed analysis results were obtained, including pressure contour line nephogram and velocity vector contour line nephogram. The ability of the escape passage to release pressure was also analyzed and proved. The bench test of oil pump was done, and the simulation results fitted the experiment results quite well. It was proved that the simulation results could show the flow properties and the special flow performance of oil pump. It was also proved that the significative rating curve of oil pump could be obtained through numerical simulation. And a new method of research and technical support was provided for oil pump product development.
