摘要
提出了一种新的采用ΣΔ调制和无损离散积分振荡器来产生片内模拟信号的方法.研究了电路的实现原理和噪声传递函数零点优化设计方法,运用无乘法器的梯型滤波器结构和ΣΔ调制技术避免了多位高精度乘法运算和多位D/A数模转换器硬件成本高的缺点.除一个比较器外,整个电路全部由标准CMOS工艺来实现集成,硬件成本非常低,非常适用基于可测性混合集成电路的设计.通过一个6阶实例和仿真的结果表示:6阶的信号发生器具有120 dB衰减的动态带宽.
A new method for signal generation was presented based on the Σ-Δ modulating technique and the lossless discrete integrator oscillator. With the exception of a comparator, the proposed circuit is entirely composed of digital parts. It is of significance to avoid the high-resolution multi-bit multiplication and to replace the multi-bit D/A modulator by the one bit D/A modulator. The whole circuit can be fabricated by the standard CMOS Technology, and can meet the large scale testable analog/mixed IC design. Finally, the six order illustrative example has shown that the oscillator has a 120 dB DR.
