摘要
[目的]强化接触细胞毒性药物护理人员的自我防护意识．提高防护能力，减少职业性健康意外伤害的发生。[方法]随机抽取54名接触多种细胞毒性药物的护理工作人员定期进行健康检查。[结果]接触细胞毒性药物时间与身体健康损害程度呈正比关系。[结论]为避免健康的职业性意外伤害，必须建立和使用有效的防护措施。
Objective： To strengthen the selfprotection consciousness of nursing staffs handling cytotoxic drugs, to enhance their protection ability so as to decrease accidental injuries on occupational health for nursing staff. Methods： A total of 54 nursing staffs contacted various kinds of cytotoxic drugs were selected randomly and health check - up was carried out for them regularly. Results： Times of contacting cytotoxic drugs was positively correlated with damaging degrees of health of nursing staffs. Conclusion： In order to avoid occupational accidents, effective protection measures must be established and applied for nursing staffs.
