摘要
有效的教育管理在于促进被管理者个人或群体的自组织性,而这种个人或群体的自组织性表现为主动感受外界环境的压力和要求,主动调整自身的状态或者优化内部规则,主动地自我成长、自我完善(即在负熵环境中主动地吸收负熵,促进开放系统的有序化),因而这种自组织性也就是被管理者的主体性。在教育管理中要彰显被管理者的主体性,管理者必须和被管理者展开主体间性的交往对话,从而有效实现教育管理的教育伦理价值和效率价值。
Effective educational administration lies in promoting the self-organizing ability of the administered individual or group, which feels the pressure and requirements from oustside environment initiatively with an adjustment of their condition or betterment of their rules and an initiative self-growth and self perfection (that is to absorb negative entropy in an environment of negative entropy and promote the order of opening system). So this self-organizing ability is the subjectivity of the administered. The administrator must have an intersubjective communication with the administered so as to emphasize the subjectivity of the administered in the process of educational administration, realizing the value of educational ethics and effectiveness in educational administration.
