通过目标识别问题提出了机器视觉心理的概念，以及由此理论进行指导的工程实践应用，对于其典型应用之一的分辨率锥体技术用于目标识别进行了详尽的讨论。

In this paper,the concept of the “psychology of machine vision” has been put forward through the problem of the object recognition and the engineering application conducted by this theory.One of the typical applications resolution cone used in object recognition is described in detail.Finally the future development and the application of this theory are forecasted.
