摘要
以CAD数据的边界表示法和ACIS几何开发库为基础,提出了基于环特征处理和外边界光顺的曲面填充技术,对含有复杂凹缘的汽车覆盖件曲面填充进行了研究。采用该方法对某Benchmark前翼子板进行了虚拟曲面填充处理。测试结果表明,该方法能快速生成符合仿真要求的填充曲面并实现参数可控,满足了汽车覆盖件成型仿真要求。
On the basis of B-Rep of CAD data and ACIS library,a technology of surface filling based on loop feature handling and outlines smoothing is presented in the paper,filling for the surface with complex concave edges is also studied in the paper.The virtual surface handing for a Benchmark front fender is conducted by this method,the results show that filling surfaces that meet the requirement of forming simulation can be generated fast by this method,and the parameters can be controlled,and meet the requirement of forming simulation for automobile panel.
