我国管理科学创新水平低的主要原因是对管理科学学科属性认识不清及其导致的研究方法不规范。管理科学是研究以最佳的投入产出关系组织经济和社会活动,使系统良性运行,并使相关利益主体需求获得相对满足的一门独立的应用性学科。管理科学是不同学科理论及方法的系统集成,其理论基础是数学、系统科学、经济学和心理学。

The main cause that Chinese management science has lower innovative level is that its subject attributes is not clearly recognized and its research method is not standard from the former. Management science is an independent applying subject which researches how to organize economic and social activity using the best input - output relation in order to make the system run smoothly and at the same time how to make the demand of the corresponding interests body get relatively met. Management science is the systematic integration of the theory and method of the several different subjects. Its theory foundation is the mathematics, the system science, the economics and the psychology.
