和谐文化论

On the Harmonious Culture

和谐概念是延续几千年中华传统文化完备体系中的核心主题价值观。这主要体现在和谐的宇宙观、发展观、社会观、政治观、处世观、养生观等六个方面。在西方,和谐的思想也源远流长,很多大思想家都把和谐作为一种文化的追求;同时,和谐更是共产主义者不懈追求的社会理想。在当代中国,和谐与中国共产党的社会主义实践和奋斗目标高度一致,并且在十六届六中全会《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》中,对构建和谐社会思想的认识、目标、外交、表现途径等都做了深刻阐释。其实,当代中国构建社会主义和谐社会的思想理论,是总结荟萃人类社会政治文明成就的结果和长期社会主义实践探索的结晶,涵盖了当代先进文化的精髓,指引了先进文化的前进方向。和谐社会是一种文化境界,需要文化的引导和支撑,同时也包含着文化建设的必然要求。和谐文化建设是当代中国构建和谐社会的一项重要任务。建设和谐文化,要确立起全新的和谐理念,文化工作者务必要担负起庄严的使命,同时必须大力推进和谐文化建设实践,实现文化自身的和谐,以形成不同文化之间的良性互动和文化自身的和谐发展运行机制。文化和谐是社会文化发展的深层诉求,也是社会和谐的精神基础和人类价值理念的至高境界。

Harmony is the core value of the complete system of Chinese traditional culture which has lasted thousands of years. It mainly manifests in the harmonious space, development, society, politics, sociability and health. In the West, the harmonious idea also has a long history and many great philosophers regard harmony as a cultural pursuit;meanwhile, harmony is also the social ideal pursued by Communists. In contemporary China, harmony is in accordance with the aims of the CPC＇s Socialist practice and is interpreted deeply in such aspects as awareness, aim, diplomacy and demonstrative approaches. The harmonious society theory of contemporary China is the result of summarizing the social and political civilization achievements and continuous Socialist practice. It contains the essence of the contemporary advanced culture and directs the way to the advanced culture. Constructing harmonious culture is an important task in it. Harmonious society is a cultural stage; it needs the direction and support of culture and includes the requirement of culture construction. To construct harmonious culture, we need to establish harmonious concept and the cultural workers must undertake the grand task. We must reinforce the construction of harmonious culture and realize the harmony of culture itself, so as to achieve the beneficial interaction among different cultures and the harmonious development mechanism of culture itself. Cultural harmony is the highest stage of social harmony.
