双组分颗粒系统流化特性的试验 被引量:8

Experiment on fluidization behavior in binary mixture particle system

摘要 在φ129 mm的有机玻璃流化床中,对玉米芯、木屑和稻壳的流化特性进行了较为系统的试验研究,并对流化床炉渣和河砂两种不同粒径的惰性粒子的加入进行了对比试验,在理论分析的基础上,得出了双组分混合颗粒系统的最小流化速度的经验公式.试验结果表明,惰性粒子的加入量应多于20%(质量分数),惰性粒子与生物质在粒径比较相近的情况下,经验公式计算所得的最小流化速度与实测值吻合较好. The fluidization behaviors of corn core, sawdust, rice husk and mixtures of these bio-fuels with inert particles (cinder and sand) were investigated experimentally in a fluidized bed reactor of 0. 129 mm inner diameter. Based on the theoretical analysis, empirical formulas for the calculation of minimum fluidization velocity of the binary mixture particle system were obtained. Experimental results indicated that the mass ratio of inert particles to bio-fuel particles should be 20% higher in order to make particles fully fluidized. The predicted values of minimum fluidization velocity are in good agreement with the measurements for the case when the diameters of the inert particles and the bio-fuel are similar.
