轴压单孔冷弯薄壁槽形中长钢柱的极限承载力 被引量:7

摘要 为研究腹板开孔的冷弯薄壁构件极限承载力,选取两端简支、轴心受压、腹板开单孔的冷弯槽形中长钢柱进行非线性有限元分析研究,通过对试件的变形及竖向位移-荷载曲线的分析,表明开孔构件的竖向刚度和极限承载力较无孔构件降低.有限元模拟与试验吻合较好.结果表明,选择合理的有限元数值模型,可以较好地模拟开孔钢柱的受力性能.根据数值分析结果,对开孔钢构件的畸变屈曲特征进行了分析,同时也分析了孔洞高度、宽度对构件极限承载力的影响. In order to study the ultimate load capacity of the thin-walled member, the finite element analysis on moderate length cold-formed lipped channel members with one opening in web subjected to axial compression was corried out. By analyzing the deformation and vertical displacement-load curves, it shows that ultimate load and axial stiffness of the perforated members decrease. The analyses of finite element agree well with the experimental results. The simulation result indicates that it is important to select reasonable finite element model to fairly simulate the mechanical properties of C-shaped members. Based on the simulation result, the buckling of the moderate length column and the influence of the opening height and width are analysed.
