摘要
为了确定提高纤维素酶对乌索酸提取率的最佳条件,采用纤维素酶预发酵处理与不加酶直接提取两种方法进行对比研究。以枇杷叶为原料,前者用温水湿润后,加入原料干重0.5%的纤维素酶制剂,于室温发酵处理48 h,再用乙醇提取;后者则直接用乙醇回流提取。结果显示,加酶组的乌索酸提取率明显高于不加酶组(P<0.01)。这表明用纤维素酶可显著提高枇杷叶中乌索酸的提取率。
In lab experiment with the leaf of Eriobotrya Japonica Lindl, as tested material, the exacting treatment with the fibre enzyme pre-fenventation and the directly exacting treatment without enzyme were compared to conf'mn the optimttm condition for increasing extraction rate of ursolic acid by cellulose, In former treatment, the cellulose preparation at 0.5% of dry weight of martial was added into 1 kg ecnud power leaf of Eriobotrya Japonica after the crud power was wet by warm water, then fermented for 48 h at room temperature, later the ursolic acid was extracted by ethanol, In later treatment, the ursolie acid was extracted directly by ethanol circumfluence, Results showed that the extracting rate of ursolie acid in adding cellulose enzyme group was obviously higher than that in no cellulose enzyme group (P 〈 0.01 ), suggesting that using cellulose enzyme could significantly enhance the extraction rate of ursolic acid.
