白头翁提取液对植物的化感作用 被引量:2

摘要 以白头翁的正丁醇、氯仿提取液为供试材料,选用5种受体植物,通过发芽和生长试验以及茎叶处理试验和叶绿素的测定,研究了白头翁提取液对植物的化感作用。结果表明,白头翁正丁醇提取液对萝卜、稗草和马唐的根系生长抑制作用显著;白头翁氯仿提取液对萝卜、莴苣、稗草和马唐的株高和根系抑制作用显著,在茎叶处理试验中,白头翁氯仿提取液对莴苣和萝卜的株高和鲜重抑制率较高;2种提取液在1000 mg/L浓度下对黄瓜的叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素形成抑制作用显著。 In lab experiment with 1-Butanol and chloroform extraction solution as tested raaterials the aUelopathy of extraction solution of Pulsatilla chiensis on plant was studied through germination and growth test, stem and leaf treatment test and chlorophyll determination. Results showed that the 1-Butanol extraction solution of Pulsatilla chiensi had obvious control effect on the root growth of radish, Echinochloa crusgalli and Digitaia Sanguinalis. The chloroform extraction solution had obvious control effect on the plant height and root growth of radish, lettuce, Echinochloa crusgalli and Digitaia Sanguinalis. In the stem and leaf treatment tests the chloroform extraction solution had higher control effect on the plant height and mot growth of radish and lettuce. The two extraction solutions at 1 000 mg/L were significant in control of the forming of chlorophyll a and b and caroteniod in cucumber.
