多效唑浸种对高粱植株早期生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 用5种浓度(0、50、100、200、300 mg/L)的多效唑浸种后,分别测定发芽势、发芽率,来检测对萌发的影响,通过测定幼苗苗高、根长、须根根数、叶绿素含量来检测多效唑浸种后对幼苗生长的影响。结果显示,多效唑使高粱种子发芽势减弱,胚芽鞘的生长受到抑制,植株矮化,叶绿素含量升高,须根数增加,根系活力受到明显的促进,表明用多效唑浸种培育健壮幼苗是可行的。 The sorghum seeds were soaked with PP333 at 5 concentrations of 0 , 50 , 100, 200 and 300 mg/L and their gemaination vigor, gemaination rate were determined resp. to detect the effect of PP333 on gemaination. The seedling height, root length, fibrous roots and chlorophyll content were also determined to detect the effect of PP333 on growth of seedlings, Results showed that PP333 weakened the germination vigor, restrained coleoptile growth, shortened plant, increased chlorophyll content and fibrous roots and improved root activity, suggesting that application of PP333 was feasible to soak seed and raise haleness seedling.
