摘要 系统介绍了RNAi的研究历史、作用机制、设计方法及其对目的基因表达的抑制效果、生物学意义,展望了RNAi在人类疾病预防和治疗中的应用前景。 The history of RNAi study, the mechanism, the design method, the inhibition of target gene expression and its biological significance were reviewed. The application prospect of RNAi in human disease prevention and cure was put forward.
