栗蘑高糖肽栽培专用品种的筛选

摘要 通过对栗蘑糖肽提取的对比试验,在6个高产、优质的栗蘑品种中筛选出高糖肽含量的新品种。利用蒽酮比色法测定6个栗蘑品种的糖肽含量,再使用苯酚-硫酸法测定其中4种糖肽含量较高的栗蘑品种的多糖含量,结果表明多糖含量最高的是小黑汀品种,糖肽含量2.51%,为健康菌品的产业化开发奠定基础。 In the contrast test on extracting glycopeptldes from Polyporus frondosus, the new varieties with high glycopeptides content were selected in 6 Polyporus frondosus varieties with high yield and good quality. The authrone colorimetric method was used to determine the glycopeptides content of 6 Polyporus frondosus varieties, and then, the phenol-sulfurieacid method was used to determine the polysaecharides content of 4 Polyporus frondosus varieties with higher glycopeptides content. The results showed that the new Polyponss frondosuss variety Xiaoheiting produced highest polysaccharides content, with the oolvsaccharides content of 2.51%, which was worth extending on huge scale.
