应用BPI评价外来牛改良南阳牛肉用性能效果研究

Studies on Appraising Meat Performance of Nanyang Cattle Improved with External Cow by Using BPI

于2004—2006年分别在邓州、方城和新野测定3个用优质国外肉用牛改良的杂交牛德南F1、皮南F1、夏南F1和南阳牛3月龄、6月龄、12月龄的体高和体重，并应用肉用指数（BPI）分别对同年龄段的德南F1、皮南F1、夏南F1及南阳牛BPI值比较研究。结果显示，德南F1、皮南F1、夏南F1在3个时间段BPI指数值均比同时间南阳牛高，BPI指数提高值在0．3-1．4，说明南阳牛的肉用性能改良效果良好。此外，3个杂交牛中皮南F1略优于其他两个牛种。

The body height and body weight of 3 F1 hybrid cattle of Denan, Pinan and Xianan and Nanyang cattle improved by good foreign treat cattle, 3, 6 and 12-month-old, were determined resp. in Dengzhou, Fangcheng and Xinye counties of Henan province in 2004 - 2006. Comparison on 3 F1 hybrid cattle of Denan, Pinan and Xianan and Nanyang cattle resp. at same age section by using BPI showed that BPI of 3 F1 hybrid cattle at 3 age section were higher than that of Nanyang cattle, with the increasing value of BPI of 0. 3 - 1.4, suggesting that there was a improving effect on meat perfonmnce of Nanyang cattle. Among the 3 hybrid cattle, the BPI of FxPinan was little excel to than of other two hybrids.
