摘要
应用化学共沉淀法制备系列Pb/Sr比例的(Sr,Pb)TiO_3粉末,标定了体材料的晶体结构,计算了材料的晶胞参数,给出了晶胞参数随Pb/Sr比例的变化规律。
(Sr,Pb)TiO_3 powders with different Pb/Sr ratios were prepared by chemical coprecipitation process. The X-ray'diffraction patterns of (Sr,Pb) TiO_3 ceramics were indexed. Their lattice constants were also calculated. The relationship of the unit cell parameter and Pb/Sr ratio was discussed.
