Industrial Characteristics of Employment in Primary Industry

河北省就业结构中,第一产业就业一直占较大比重,而其经济增长的就业弹性连年下降,相对劳动生产率周期性下降,从业人员增量对GDP增量的弹性值较小且许多年份为负。要解决这些问题,河北省可从继续控制人口数量、提高人口素质,加速城市化进程,大力发展第三产业等方面入手。

The employment in prinmry industry occupies a large portion in employment structure of Hebei province. But its employment elasticity of economic growth and the relative labor productivity declined year by year. The value of elasticity of the increment of the number of the employed persons to that of GDP was relatively low and even in some years it was negative. To solve these problems, Hebei province should go on controlling population and improving their quality, accelerating urbanization and developing the tertiary industry.
