摘要 采用改进Sol-gel方法,制备纳米TiO2光催化剂,利用TG-DTA、XRD、TEM、BET、HPLC等分析测试手段对制备过程、样品的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:改进的Sol-gel法制得的光催化剂具有单分散椭球形微孔结构,而且比表面积大、粒径小且分布窄、分散性好;光催化剂的最佳制备条件为450℃煅烧2 h,以染料罗丹明B水溶液为目标降解物,1 h的降解率为99.5%。 A photocatalyst of nanoparticles TiO2 was successfully prepared by an improved Sol -gel method. Preparation process, sample structure and activities were studied using test means such as TG-DTA, XRD, TEM, BET and HPLC. Result showed that the photocatalyst obtained from the improved Sol-gel method was monodispersed, ellipsoidal and hollow. The degradation rate of Rhodamine B(RB) in 1 h was 99.5 %. The optimal preparation condition of the photocatalyst was to calcine at 450℃ for 2 h.
