摘要
以烟草叶片、西红柿叶片、菊花花瓣、大豆子叶和根茎为外植体,通过在培养基里添加NAA母液、6-BA母液不同配比的混合液,进行离体培养,了解植物激素对不同外植体生长和分化的影响。研究结果表明:烟草、菊花愈伤组织分化明显,大豆不明显,其中大豆的胚根几乎不产生愈伤组织,在4种激素配方中,NAA∶6-BA为0.8∶0时植物的愈伤组织主要分化为根;NAA∶6-BA为1.6∶0.8和0∶0.8时植物愈伤组织分化最为明显,产生了大量的茎叶。
Tobacco leaf blade, tomato leaf blade, chrysanthemum petal, soybean seed leaf and rhizome were used as explants, By adding NAA and 6-BA into culture medium, effect of plant hormone on the growth and differentiation of different explants in vitro were studied. Result showed that the differentiation of tobacco and chrysanthemum callus was obvious but that of soybean was not significant. Soybean radicel almost could not induce callus. Among the four hormone proportions, callus in group 3 mainly differentiated into roots, while that of group 2 and 4 produced a large amount of stems and leaves.
