摘要
在数控机床热误差补偿技术的应用中,热误差模型的鲁棒性、准确性和热关键点的合理性决定了热误差补偿的精度和有效性,因此热误差建模和热关键点的辨识至关重要。本文介绍了国内外数控车床热误差建模的研究现状,评述了几种主要的热误差建模方法和热关键点辨识方法及其优缺点,最后分析了存在的问题并展望了今后的发展。
In the applications of thermal error compensation technology on NC machine tools, the precision and validity of error compensation depend upon the robustness and veracity of thermal error model and the rationality of thermal distortion key points. So thermal error modeling and identification of thermal key points is very important. In this paper, the research status about thermal error modeling of NC lathe in home and abroad is introduced, and several main methods for thermal error modeling and identification of thermal key points, as well as their merits and demerits, are commented. At last, present problems are analyzed and future developments are put forward.
