摘要
针对汽车组合仪表出厂质量检测要求,运用模块化设计思想构建系统结构,开发出某型仪表出厂检测设备。基于工业PC、Win98软件平台,采用仿真技术和数字编程电路接口技术实现对数字式组合仪表校测进行可编程数字模拟;开发了测控系统过程处理软件包,使数字式组合仪表生产实现程序化,并兼顾了操作方便性。给出了主要软件设计和流程图。该设备实际运行可靠、操作简便、界面友好,并具备随仪表改型同步升级的能力,较好地满足了使用要求。
Development of auto-cluster final test machine is accomplished according to the test specification, in which the hardware is based on IPC and the software adopts object oriented programming combined with embedded assembling language. The main design and the main function flow chart of the software are given out, which can fit the special testing requirement of auto-cluster and can operate conveniently as well.
