摘要
针对ESG静电悬浮(支承)和电场恒速要求,采用DSP结合FPGA技术、AT89C51单片机结合DDS技术,设计并研制了静电支承/恒速数字控制系统硬件和软件。半物理仿真实验表明,系统设计方案可行,功能可靠,能够达到设计要求。
According to the requirements of electrostatic suspension system (ESS) and constant-speed control of electrostatic suspension gyroscope (ESG), the hardware and software of the ESS control system based on DSP, FPGA and direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) are designed and implemented. The semi-physical simulations and experiments show that the system scheme is feasible; function of the system is reliable; and it could match the design requirements.
