男性直肠癌根治术保留盆腔神经后性功能观察

The effect of pelvic autonomic nerve preservation（PANP） on postoperative sexual function in male patients with radical resection of rectal cancer

目的了解男性患者直肠癌根治术保留盆腔神经后性功能情况。方法通过调查表的方式调查32位男性直肠癌患者经直肠癌根治术保留盆腔神经后性功能（阴茎勃起及射精）情况,并进行分析。结果术后发生阴茎勃起障碍2例（6.3%）,射精障碍4例（12.5%）,性功能总障碍率18.8%。结论保留盆腔神经男性直肠癌根治手术患者明显降低一般直肠癌根治术后性功能障碍发生率,提高了生活质量,是值得推广方式。

Objective To investigate the postopertive sexual function in the male patients with rectal cancer undergoing radical resection with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation. Methods Thirty-two male patients of rectal cancer were included,and postoperative sexual function （erection and ejaculation） was investigated through questionnaires,and the results were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of these,2 patients developed erectile dysfunction （6. 3% ） ,4 developed ejaculatory impotence （ 12.5% ）, and the overall morbidity of sexual dysfunction was 18.8%. Conclusion The radical operation with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation for rectal cancer can reduce sexual dysfunction rate and improve life quality, so it is worth to be recommended.
