急性脑卒中合并脑心综合征96例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 96 cases of acute cerebral stroke complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome

目的 探讨急性脑卒中合并脑心综合征的发病机制、临床特点及治疗。方法 回顾性分析96例脑心综合征患者的临床资料。结果 脑心综合征发病率高，为41．38％。以脑出血最常见，达23．95％；心电图改变以心律失常及ST-T改变多见。结论 掌握脑心综合征的临床特点，对其判断预后，指导用药等具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the pathogenesis,elinieal characteristics and treatment of acute cerebral stroke complicated with eerebroeardiae syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 96 eases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of this syndrome was high（41.38% ） , of which the most commonly seen was hemorrhage with high fatality（23.95% ）. Arrhythmia and ST-T changes were common on ECG. Condusion The knowledge of clinical characteristics of eerebroeardiae syndrome will contribute to the judgment of prognosis and use of medicine.
