摘要
用常规压片法对重庆金佛山的宜昌百合与四川宝兴的泸定百合进行了核型分析。结果为两种染色体数目均为24,核型类型均为3B型,核型公式均为2n=2x=24=4m(2SAT)+10st(2SAT)+10t。2个种均在第1对染色体短臂上有居间随体,但另一对随体位置有差异。宜昌百合核型不对称系数80.91%,泸定百合不对称系数为78.72%。宜昌百合核型为首次报道。
The karyotypes of Lilium leucanthum and Lilium sargentiae were analyzed by the conventional pressed disc method. The results indicated that the chromosome numbers of the two species were 2n = 24 and the karyotypes were 3B. The karyotype formulas of the two species were the same as 2n = 2x = 24 = 4m（2 SAT） ＋ 10st（2 SAT） ＋ 10t. The median satellite was observed on the first chromosomes for both two species, but another satellite loci was difference at the location for the species. The As. K% of L. sargentia and L. leucanthum was 80.91% and 78.72% , respectively. The karyotype of L. leucanthum was first time to report.
