阻燃型杉木间伐材层压板的制造

摘要 探讨了在由双氰胺、磷酸、硼化物等配制的阻燃剂处理的杉木间伐材单板生产阻燃型层压板的工艺和性能。分析了各阻燃处理材的阻燃性能和热压工艺对杉木间伐材层压板胶合强度的影响,并检测了甲醛释放量。结果表明:该阻燃层压板达到了国标难燃一级标准;其胶合强度和游离甲醛两项指标均达到室内用材的要求。 This paper deals with properties of fire-retardant of veneers from thinning wood of Cunninghamia lancelolate, treated with flame retardant agent including dicyandiamide, phosphoric acid and boride. Based on analysis of results of manufacturing technology of interior laminated boards, the influences of key factors (the pressure, temperature and time of hot pressing) on strength of bonding of the treated laminated boards were discussed, and formaldehyde release from the flame-retardant laminated boards was tested. The results showed that the fire retardant effect of the treated wood meets the requirements of the first-class of difficult-flammable building material according to the national standard, also the strength of bonding and formaldehyde release from the treated samples could satisfy the requirements for indoors materials.
