摘要
华能丹东电厂350 MW机组的WDR2000励磁调节器具有PSS-2A型电力系统稳定器的功能,但由于电厂原设计没有相关接口的原因,这一功能不能正常使用。介绍并分析了华能丹东电厂为解决这一问题进行的PSS改造试验,该电厂的PSS改造将电科院PSS-1A型电力系统稳定器功率输出与WDR2000励磁调节器中PSS传递函数相结合,并通过修改相关参数,使WDR2000励磁调节器实现了PSS-1A型电力系统稳定器的功能。组成的PSS装置投入后可以起到抑制系统振荡的效果,满足系统要求。
The WDR2000 excitation regulator used in 350 MW unit of Huaneng Dandong Power Plant has the function of PSS as PSS-2A type which can't be realized for the reason of lack of the related interface in the original design. The paper introduces and analyzes the PSS modification experiment for 350 MW unit in Huaneng Dandong Power Plant to solve this problem. The power output of PSS as PSS-1A type of EPRI was connected to the PSS transfer function of WDR2000 in the PSS modification and the related parameters were amended, through which the function of PSS as PSS-1A type was realized. After been used, the modified PSS can control the low-frequency oscillation and satisfy the need of the power system.
