摘要 讨论以生命信息流的运动规律为研究目标的信息生物学中所包含的基本规律.着重研究基因组编码信息量随进化增加的规律和申农信息量的约束极大规律;同时讨论了信息量和能量的关系及信息量和熵的关系. Different from "bioinformatics", "information biology" emphasizes the meaning of the law of life information itself, that is, it focuses on the fundamental laws of genetic information in its heredity, transmission, regulation and expression. Two laws on coding information quantity are discussed. The first is the law on Coding Information Quantity Growing in a genome. The second is the law on Maximum Diversity of gene sequence under constraints. It is suggested that these laws ( and others) form the fundamentals of information biology. The problems on the relation between coding information quantity and energy, and on the relation between information quantity and thermodynamic entropy are discussed briefly.
