基于HSI色彩的血细胞图像的分割算法实现

摘要 图像分割是图像处理和计算机视觉中基本而关键的技术之一,分割质量高低直接影响图像的后续分析处理.利用染色后的血细胞图像的HSI色彩信息对其进行阈值分割,并对分割后的二值图像中的孔洞进行填充优化,基本解决了此类图像目标分割困难的问题,取得了较好的分割效果,有利于细胞识别. Image segmentation is one of the essential techniques in image disposal and computer visualization. The quality of segmentation has an immediate effect on the following analysis and disposal of the images. This paper is intended to make use of the HIS-color information from the images of the dyed blood cells to make threshold segmentation and fill in and purify the openings of the two segmented images. A desirable result of segmentation is expected to be brought about to deal with the problems of the targets segmentation of such images and be helpful to distinguish cells.
