新型异黄酮类化合物对去势大鼠股骨生物力学性能影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨改构后的异黄酮类化合物F11对去势大鼠股骨生物力学性能的影响。方法采用去卵巢大鼠模型,分为造模组、假手术组(sham组)及不同浓度的F11组(低、中、高F11组),腹腔注射每日1次连续用药10周后活杀大鼠,取股骨测量生物力学参数和进行股骨组织形态学观察,评价F11对去势大鼠股骨生物力学性能的影响。结果F11组大鼠股骨的最大载荷、挠度载荷、弹性模量等指标与造模组比较有显著提高(P<0.05);骨组织形态学结果显示去势大鼠股骨骺端骨质排列疏松、骨小梁排列紊乱,稀疏;高、中、低剂量F11组大鼠股骨骺端骨质排列整齐,骨小梁排列整齐。结论经改构后的新型异黄酮类化合物F11可能提高去势大鼠股骨抵抗外力冲击的能力和骨韧性,降低骨折发生的危险性。 Objective To investigate the influence of a novel isoflavone compound, F11, on femoral biomechanics of ovarectomied rats. Methods The ovarectomied rat models were randomly assigned to five groups: control, sham operation, and three experimental groups in which F11 of different concentrations were intraperitoneally injected once a day for ten weeks. Ten weeks later, all rats were killed and the left femurs harvested to determine the bony biomechanic and histology. Results The maximal load, flexibility load, and elastic modulus in F11 groups were remarkably enhanced as compared with sham operation group and control group. Osteoporosis at the epiphysis, trabecular alignment derangement and sparseness were seen in ovarectomied rats, the femur reduce the but the changes were substantially mild in F11 groups. Conclusion F11 can enhance the ability of to resist the impact of external force in ovarectomied rats, improve bony tenacity, and as a result will dangers of bone fracture.
