关于增强青海省自主创新能力的研究

本文阐述了新形势下自主创新的科学内涵、特点及条件,分析了青海省自主创新过程及评价原则,对青海省自主创新能力进行了评价,提出了增强青海省自主创新能力的方式选择和对策。

This paper explicated about the scientific connotation, characteristics and condition of the independent innovation under the new situation, analyzed on the course and assessment principle of the independent innovation of Qinghai province, estimated the capability of it, and put forward the mode option and countermeasure of it.
