创新,是一个民族的灵魂,而体现和实现这一灵魂的,则是创新型人才。从远程教育实践来看,创新型人才培养的现状不容乐观。要加快远程教育改革,必须端正教育指导思想,合理组织教育教学过程,创建科学的考核评价制度,建设高素质创新型教师队伍,推动创新教育文化建设。

Creative talents embody creativity, which is the spirit of a nation. The Current distance education practice still has a long way to go in order to reach the point of creative talents cultivation. Creative talents cultivation must be on the basis of right education guidelines, the reasonable plan and organization of teaching course in details. A scientific evaluation systems and a mass of high-quality teachers are also necessary in promoting the construction of creative talents cultivation.
