摘要
从培养方案、教学管理、师资队伍建设、毕业生质量等方面阐述了培养教学与应用教学专业高素质人才的理论研究与实践过程,并分析了实施“三才”培养模式的社会意义及发展前景.
The paper illustrates the educating process of high quality talents majored in mathematics and applied mathematics through following aspects: teaching schedules,teaching management,teachers training,graduate employment and also the social meaning and its development of "Three Talents" training model is discussed in the paper.
