摘要
通过对成盐温度、氧化温度、环已胺浓度、环已胺比例、次氯酸钠比例等条件研究讨论,找出了粗品M直接合成促进剂CBS的优化生产条件,使得粗品M合成CBS的收率达到87.2%;同时解决了成品CBS质量指标甲醇不溶物和游离胺偏高问题。
A new technology was introduced for preparation of N -cyclohexy -2 -benzothiazolesul fenamide (accelerator CBS) by reaction cyclohexylamine with crude 2 -mercaptobenthiazole (accelerator M), by studying the influences of the reaction terms , we found a optimized production process terms which could be effective to control the insoluble methyl alcohol and free amine, and the yield was 87.2%.
