夏利B型汽车内饰件专用料的研制

Study on materials of inner accessory in Xiali B type vehicle

采用双螺杆挤出加工,通过添加不同组分的改性助剂,制得夏利汽车聚丙烯内饰件专用料。对聚丙烯专用材料的综合性能进行了测评;并比较了聚丙烯品种、增韧剂、填充材料及聚乙烯对内饰件材料的改性效果;分析了生产工艺对材料性能的影响。据此确定了材料的最佳工艺参数和配方,并成功应用于夏利B型汽车内饰件。

A inner accessory of polypropylene special for Xiali vehicle was produced by twin - screw extrusion process with adding different modifiers. We determined and analyzed the effect of production process to the performance of polypropylene material. The types of polypropylene, toughening agent, rifler material and the modifying effect of polypropylene to inner accessory were compared. The optimum parameters and rifling of prescription were chosen which was applied in Xiali B type vehicle successfully.
