摘要
龙滩工程是国家实施西部大开发和“西电东送”的重要标志性工程,为将它建设成为“国内第一,国际一流”的水力发电厂,实现电厂的安全稳定运行,需要探索具有龙滩特色的电厂生产管理模式。通过创新管理模式,科学实行点检定修和标准化管理,落实安全生产责任制,建立长效机制,构建和谐企业文化,龙滩水力发电厂的生产准备工作已取得阶段性成果,保证了龙滩水电站的接机投产和生产发电的顺利进行。
The Longtan Hydropower Station is an important one in the implementation of national Great Westem Development and the Power Transmission Project from West to East. In order to build Longtan Hydropower Station into a "Chinese best, international class" hydropower plant and ensure its safe and stable operation, a Longtan characteristic management is needed. At present, the production preparations of Longtan Hydrpower Station have gained a stage achievement by innovating management; scientifically practicing Spot Checking and Regularly Repairing, executing standardization management,carrying out the Responsibility of Operation Safety,creating a Long-term Effectiveness Mechanism and building a Harmonious Enterprise Culture,which guarantee the Longtan Hydropower Plant into production and troublefree operation.
