Inspirations from Japanese Succeeded Experience and Primary Measures on Energy Conservation

通过笔者参加“中国节能研修课程赴日本培训班”,切身感受了日本由政府主导、企业实施、机构推进、行业监督、公众参与的全民节能社会氛围,介绍了日本在节能方面的成功经验和主要做法,联系工作实际,对借鉴日本经验做法促进节能工作得出一些启示。

We had opportunities to take part in the Training Program in Japan on Energy Conservation for China.In Japan,we personally experienced the energy conservation atmosphere of whole people participating by governments,factories, agencies, institutes and public.This essay has introduced Japanese successful experiences and primary measures on energy conservation.By integrating Japanese experiences and measures with practice,we have produced some ideas to our own work.
