Key Points Discussion on Construction Management in Hydropower Project

我国中长期水电开发潜力巨大,前景广阔,工程建设具有规模大、技术难度高、工期紧等特点,对建设管理水平提出了较高的要求。结合漫湾水电站二期工程建设实践,对工程建设管理中存在的问题、管理要点进行了分析,提出了若干意见和建议,旨在和同行探讨以提高管理水平。

The long-and medium-term hydropower exploitation in ehina has a wonderful prospeet and potential. The project eonstruetion normally is large in seale, diffieuh in teehnology, tight in eonstruetion sehedule and high requirement for good management. This thesis analyses these key points found in the management of the second-phase project of Manwan Hydropower Plant and provides some opinion and suggestions,in order to improve the management by discussing the construction experience with colleges in the trade.
