摘要
云南漫湾水电站二期工程地下厂房布置安装1台5 000 kN+5 000 kN/100 kN-22m双小车桥机,受现场条件限制,桥机主梁(每架重76t)的起吊手段为拱顶预设的1束无粘结预应力锚索。对预应力锚索起吊装置的承重试验、桥机主梁的吊装、桥机的负荷试验等采用较为先进的安装调试技术进行了介绍,该技术可为特大型桥式起重机安装调试提供宝贵的实践经验。
The underground powerhouse of Manwan-Ⅱ in Yunnan is equipped with a 5000kN+5000kN/100kN-22m doublebeam and double-trolley bridge crane. Being restricted by local conditions, the main beams of bridge crane, each gets a weight of 76 tons, adopted the hoisting method by using a bundle of non-glued pre-stressed anchorage cable, which was put on the powerhouse's vault in advance. This paper gives a brief introduction On the installation and debugging technologies about the bearing capacity test of pre-stressed anchorage cable,the hoisting and installation of bridge crane's main beams,and the bearing capacity test of bridge crane and so on.
