Summary on Manufacturing Technologies About Hydraulic Turbine's Runner of the Second-phase Project of Manwan Hydropower Station

通过漫湾二期水轮机转轮的加工制造。结合转轮的焊接、铲磨、加工技术及质量控制等方面的要求和相应采用一些新技术、新工艺的科学、合理的施工方法,使漫湾二期转轮在制造上,获得了可喜的成绩,也检验了制造厂家的制造能力和技术水平。

This paper introduces the structure characteristics of hydraulic turbine＇s runner of Manwan II project, describes the technical requests on the joinfing, shoveling and milling, machining technology and quality controlling, This paper also expatiates how to apply the new technology and technics along with scientific and reasonable machining methods to accomplish satisfying success on the manufacturing of the runner of Manwan Ⅱ project.Then the manufacturing ability and technology level of the manufacturer has been checked and proved.
