摘要
目的：探索不稳定型心绞痛（ＵＡ）的有效治疗方法。方法：以中西医结合（祛瘀宁心丸１号加西药）治疗ＵＡ患者４２例（治疗组），西医治疗４１例（对照组）作临床对比观察。结果：治疗组４２例的临床症状总有效率为９７．６％，心电图改善总有效率为７６．２％；对照组则分别为６３．４％和５１．２％。治疗组临床症状及心电图改善总有效率均高于对照组（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。结论：祛瘀宁心丸１号有扩张冠状动脉、改善血液循环、降低心脏前后负荷、调节血脂、改善血液流变学等作用。中西医结合治疗可有效地控制ＵＡ。
Objective:To find a good method in treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UA).Methods:Using of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine “qu yu ning xin”pills(祛瘀宁心丸) No.1 and western medicine to treat 42 cases of UA as treatment group;41 cases with western medicine treatment as control group.Results:In the treatment group,total clinical effective rate is 97 6% and total ECG improvement rateis 76 2%;control group is 63 4% and 51 2% respectively.Clinical symptom and ECG improvement in treatment group are higher than control group( P <0 05 in both groups).Conclusions:“Qu yu ning xin” pill No.1 can dilate coronary arteries,improve blood circulation,decrease the volume and pressure loads of heart,regulate blood lipids,improve hemorrhedogy.Combination of Chinese and western medicine can effectively control UA and decrease morbidity of myocardial infarction.
