摘要
圆柱形压力容器斜接管的应力计算还没有一个简便可行的计算公式。通过对影响斜接管应力分布因素的分析,利用空间解析几何的坐标变换理论,结合回归分析方法得到了斜接管应力集中区域应力分布的半理论半经验计算公式,其计算结果与实验数据比较最大误差不超过20%。该计算方法可为此类结构的应力分析和设计计算,特别是在役斜接管的快速安全评价提供依据和参考。
There was no simple method to calculate the stress of oblique nozzle in the cylindrical pressure vessel. The factors that would affect the stress distribution of the oblique nozzle were analyzed,and with the basis of the coordinate conversion of analytic geometry and the method of re- gress, the semiheoretical and semi-empirical formula of the stress computational method was developed. The error between the calculated stress and the measured stress was lower than 20 %. The computational method provided the basis and the reference of the design, fabrication, and especially useful for the fast evaluation of in service oblique nozzle.
