20钢中厚板焊接过程温度场的数值模拟 被引量:7

摘要 以20钢中厚板对接接头为研究对象,运用Ansys有限元分析软件,建立了其多道焊焊接温度场的有限元模型,并采用分步加载的方法对其焊接过程的温度场进行了模拟,得到了20钢中厚板焊接过程中焊缝区的瞬态温度场以及各点的焊接热循环曲线。结果显示,距离焊缝中心相等处的各点所经历的热循环过程呈现相同的变化规律;焊缝附近的节点出现明显的多道次热循环过程,随着节点与热源距离的增长,节点到达局部最高温度的时间逐渐延迟,热源的作用也逐渐减弱。 The temperature field of the medium plate butt joint of AISI-1020 steel was investigated. The finite element model of the multi-run welding temperature field was built up using FEA software Ansys,and the method of step-by-step loading was applied in the simulation on the temperature field in welding process. The transient temperature field in welding process of the weld zone and the thermal cycle curves of the nodes were obtained. The results show that the thermal cycle processes of the nodes with the same distance to the welding line have the same var- iation law, the nodes near to the welding line experience multi-run thermal cycle processes obviously, Along with the growth of the distance the nodes to the heat source, the time of the nodes~ temperature up to the partial maximum temperature is postponed, and the effect of the heat source is weaken gradually.
