The interest differentiation in the proceeding of reform and Opening-up has aroused concern among academic cir-cles. A lot of scholars have analyzed the influences of interest differentiation upon the construction of the common ideal of contem-porary Chinese society from . the positive and negative aspects and thought interest differentiation is the double- edged sword. In the proceeding of constructing the common ideal of contemporary Chinese society we should make measures to bring into play the positive effects which proper interest differentiation brought and reduce the negative effects which over-interest differentiation brought.
