摘要 用准分子激光治疗眼疾中,最大的困难是对输出激光脉冲能量的监测和控制。手术中引起的过矫和欠矫多数是由于脉冲能量的波动和总能量过多和不足引起的。一般的光探测器在紫外光下响应时间不够快或易受损伤,对实时检测有一定困难。报道一种用原子层热电堆材料制备的准分子激光能量计,有ns级的时间响应,可以对全部脉冲进行逐个测量和累积总测量,因而可用于手术监测或对输出光进行能量稳定控制。 Ophthalmic surgery has difficulty in measuring and controlling the output energy of pulse laser device. The time response of most detectors are not fast enough and the sensors are easy to he damaged under ultraviolet light. A laser energy meter based on the principle of thermoelectronic pile of atom layers is introduced. With ns-level response time, the energy meter can record every pulse and its response. By a data collecting system, the total number of applied laser pulse and total energy can be in situ displayed. Therefore, it can be applied to measuring and controlling the laser energy in ophthalmic surgery.
