Using MATLAB to Realize Parameters Estimation of Weibull Distribution

基于极大似然法的基本原理和优化模型求解的特点，将遗传算法应用于可靠性寿命分布模型一威布尔分布的参数估计。结合传统优化方法中的惩罚函数法，描述了遗传算法和大型工程计算软件MATLAB中遗传优化工具箱的使用方法。应用表明，将遗传算法应用于威布尔分布的参数估计是简单有效的。

Aimed at the parameters estimation of Weibull distribution, an optimization model is established and combined with the method of penalty function in the traditional optimization method, the genetic algorithm of floating point coding and the operation method of genetic toolbox in the large scaled engineering computation software MATLAB was described. It was shown that the genetic algorithm has good application in the parameter estimation of Weibull distribution.
