基于遗传算法的卫星轨道改进算法

摘要 由于地面站测量精度的限制,利用卫星位置的瞬时测量数据计算其轨道根数一般存在较大误差。研究了利用地面站对卫星的多次测量数据,对目标卫星的初始轨道根数进行改进的问题。建立了一种基于遗传算法的轨道改进算法。介绍了利用该方法进行轨道改进的基本原理,及对观测数据的预处理方法。详细说明了算法实现流程,并给出了针对卫星轨道改进问题的编码方式,选择、交叉、变异操作方式及其评价函数。最后,通过例子对算法进行了仿真验证,计算结果证明了算法的有效性,为类似问题的解决提供了一定的参考。 Because the restriction of accuracy on the ground satellite station measures accuracy, utilizing the instantaneous measurements of the satellite position to calculate its orbit elements generally have a greater error. According to the observation data of a satellite, the problem of satellite orbit elements improvement is discussed. An algorithm of orbit improvement based on GA is put forward. The principle of orbit improvement and preprocess of observation data are introduced. The algorithm procedure is introduced in detail. Finally, simulation has been carried out to validate the algorithm, and the result has showed its validity. It has offered certain reference for the settlement to similar problems.
